It doesn't exactly help that the server rules heavily favor the cops. The cops are meta-gaming pretty hard in this server, it really sucks. I think cops need some rules too, for example when a bloody criminal is pointing a gun at your head, telling you what to do, you won't go full retard shit RP and shot him because you have dragon armour, you know this kind of stuff, acting like a real human being rather than in game character. Not to mention (If I remember correctly) If you died in A3L, then respawned your criminal record was cleared.ĮDIT: Also apparently cops can see on the map when a car is stolen, crime committed etc. But in A3L when you got caught still so many things could happen.
To simply put it there are way more options in A3L resulting in a better RP potential, in GTA V you get caught and that's it. Cop cars are tanks in GTA RP but in A3L I feel like there was a fair balance, car chases were super intense in A3L, that ain't happening in GTA. In A3L someone could "pull you into his car" when you're cuffed and cops are distracted for example, then lockpick the cuffs. Lirik likes to start shit so he will do anything to get the police to find him because that's what he enjoys. Waffle spent his entire stream with a warrant on him and he didn't get caught because he actually RPed being on the run. He is pretty close to cop baiting the entire stream and Chat wants to complain when they get caught.
People watching Lirik and saying cops are power tripping make me Cringe. It literally tells you how long you will get if you commit those crimes unless you snitch or get them to reduce it somehow. They have a list of all felonies and misdemeanors and the time for each. Instead he went to one of the most populated policed areas and ran directly towards where he saw a police car drive from. He should have headed south to the taxi spawn and grabbed a taxi and left. Chat thinks illogical when someone they like gets caught by the cops.
He saw the police coming from that direction and he ran towards it. He ran all the way from the respawn to the vehicle garage and waited there for a minute or two while reading chat/subs. When he respawned he didn't "instantly" get arrested. He could have played it much better than he did. What doesn't feel right? I watched it, he made a huge mistake heading north to one of the most popular spots.
