The Redistributable version must be at least as recent as the MSVC build toolset used to build your app. The Redistributable package architecture must match your app's target architecture. If your app uses those libraries, a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package must be installed on the target system before you install your app. These libraries are required by many applications built by using Microsoft C and C++ tools. The most recent time I launched ESO through Steam, the Launcher loaded to the play button without any pesky errors. I saved the changes and then rebooted my PC. The text is rather easy to understand and I manually changed the "hasrunkey" and "process1" directories for both the 32 and 64 bit versions to match the 2015 folder and the exact 2015 distributable. I then copied the installscript.vdf located in the 2010 folder into the newly created 2015 folder and then opened the file using notepad. I only had a 2010 folder containing the 2010 distributables. Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\_CommonRedist\vcredist I copied both versions into a new folder titled 2015 in the following directory:

I was able to resolve the issue without repairing the game through Steam.
